To sign a PDF document, select the Freehand Drawing ("Pencil") tool from Drawing
Markup Toolbar and put signature anywhere in the document.

Note. We are talking about a "regular" signature like the patient puts

rather than about the "secure digital signature" which is also supported by
Foxit Phantom.
See pp85-87 of the Foxit Phantom User Manual for details.

How to create and use ink
commands?
ritePen's Ink Commands or Pen Macros are desktop control tools for pen-enabled
users. When you write and encircle an abbreviation, ritePen understands it as a
"command" and runs the defined set of actions. You can enter standard texts,
launch applications, open documents by writing and encircling the handwritten
shortcuts. A simple ink command illustrated below launches the browser and jumps
to your homepage every time you write and encircle the letter "h".

ritePen User Manual and watch the video demo here
