PDF PenSuite is a bundle of Foxit Phantom and ritePen. In order to enjoy all features of the suite, launch both applications.

In Foxit Phantom, you can add text to PDF documents in many ways using Typewriter, Callouts, Textbox, Note Tools and other commenting and editing tools.

The combination of Phantom and ritePen allows entering text into PDFs without touching a keyboard: write anywhere on the screen and your text will be instantly converted to text and added to the PDF document. See  also "How to Enter Text into My PDF Documents?"

Using Foxit Phantom's Forms Toolbar, you can instantly add many types of interactive fields to your PDF document and assign needed properties to such fields.

Then use ritePen to assign contexts (recognition profiles) to text fields for superior handwriting recognition accuracy. Similar to text entry into PDF documents, Foxit Phantom has many markup tools. Tablet PC and other pen-enabled users will especially enjoy its Drawing Markup Tools.

Note that ritePen's full-screen markup and annotation is not a PDF operation; your drawings will not be saved in a PDF document even if you were drawing on top of it. You can save them as images using applications of your choise or send them to Evernote.
